LuxSense products require a consistent connection to your WiFi network with internet access.  

Each LuxSense product can only be configured to notify one cell phone.

LuxSense circuit boards, sensor, and software are warrantied to work for 1 year from purchase. The artisan enclosure and other technologies (if present) are not.

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return, and it is simply your order number with your zip code or email. Returns are refunded via your original method of payment, which you will receive by email once your return is processed.
