Yes. In order to manage and receive alerts, your sensors connect to our LuxSense app which can be installed on an Android or Apple device. Your purchase includes 90 days of complimentary app access. Following this introductory period, we offer annual subscription options for ongoing access and support. Simply visit our store to purchase service plans tailored to your needs.
LuxSense circuit boards, sensor, and software are warrantied to work for 1 year from purchase. The artisan enclosure and other technologies (if present) are not.
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return, and it is simply your order number with your zip code or email. Returns are refunded via your original method of payment, which you will receive by email once your return is processed.
