Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with LuxSense. This page explains how our shipping process works, so you know what to expect before placing an order.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Processing Time

All orders require a short processing period before they are shipped.

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We offer Express Shipping as our standard service.

  • Orders typically arrive within 4 to 5 business days total, including processing and transit time.

  • Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier volume, but most orders arrive within this window.

If there are any unexpected delays, we will do our best to inform you by email.

Shipping Cost

We use a simple flat-rate structure for shipping:

  • Flat rate: 10.00 USD per order for all destinations within the United States.

The shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after your order confirmation, please contact us at support@luxsense.tech.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.

Delays and Delivery Issues

While we work with reliable carriers and use Express Shipping, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us, and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with household members or neighbors first, and then contact us for further assistance.
