Thank you for choosing LuxSense. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled to ensure a clear and fair process.
Return Window
You may request a return within 90 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. Proof of purchase is required (order number and email or ZIP code) for any return.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Products damaged by improper use, modification, or neglect may not qualify for return. If you’re unsure whether a product qualifies, please contact us at support@luxsense.tech and we’ll assist you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange your product for a different model or version, contact us with your order number. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
Return Process

Email support@luxsense.tech with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason for your request.

Once we approve your return, we’ll send detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the issue was caused by us (damaged, defective, incorrect item).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
