Flame Light Recognition Sensor -- Is the Fireplace still burning?

This sensor is designed to detect the unique infrared light emitted by flames.

Please note: This sensor is not intended for fire detection purposes.

Due to its limited range, the sensor must be positioned within 3 feet of the fireplace flame and oriented correctly for accurate detection.

Unlike our other notification sensors, this flame detection sensor operates differently. It proactively sends a notification every fifteen minutes while a flame is detected, and it will send a final notification when the flame is no longer present. The primary purpose of this sensor is to alert you that the fireplace is still operational, particularly if you have left home or become distracted.
